Merits of many years of the President of Kazakhstan in establishing mutually beneficial and friendly interstate relations, in the field of preserving and strengthening international security are now recognized worldwide. Evidence of this is a significant number of high state awards given to Nursultan Nazarbayev by the partner countries of our republic.
Thus, for his great personal contribution to the strengthening of friendship and cooperation between the peoples of Russia and Kazakhstan, the Head of State was awarded the "Order of St. Andrew the Apostle".
In recognition of Kazakhstan’s merit in nuclear disarmament, the President was awarded the "The Grand Cross of the Order of St. Mikhail and St. Georgy" (Great Britain).
At the international level, the personal qualities of the Head of our state are also noted. In particular, Nursultan Nazarbayev was awarded the Order “Pius” (Vatican) “for skill and talent in government the State”.
