Nursultan Nazarbayev attends the meeting of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council

The SEEC session has considered priority issues of interstate cooperation within the framework of the Eurasian Economic Union (EEU), summed up interim results of the Organization’s work, and there was an exchange of views on the prospects of integration cooperation for the coming years.
When exchanging views, Russian President Vladimir Putin thanked the First President of Kazakhstan for his contribution to the Organization’s establishment and strengthening.
- I would like to express my gratitude to our Honorary Chairman of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council, who initiated the creation of this association. The EEU is acting in the best way. We are pleased to welcome you in this new capacity in St. Petersburg, the President of Russia addressed Nursultan Nazarbayev.
Following the results of the meetings in a narrow and expanded composition, the members of the Council made a number of important decisions to further deepen economic integration.
